Three founders from India-with 8-12 years in kitchens and on the grill-came together to bring Orange County a gentle, honest take on Indian flavor. At Cali Curry House, bold flavors from the Deccan and western regions of India meet California comfort. We marinate, grill, and slowly-simmer every day-smoky tandoori, street-style BBQ, layered biryanis, and fresh bread from the tandoor, cooked from scratch and made to order.
After years of cooking, tasting, and feeding friends (tough job, we know), we teamed up to hand-pick fresh herbs, fold them into our curries and sauces, and serve food we're proud of.
They say love is in the air-around here, it smells like charcoal, cardamom, and that one kebab you swore you'd share but absolutely won't.
